Ginna functions primarily as a controller at Zynik Capital Corporation but she is also involved in a wide variety of different roles amongst our managed companies. She has a proven track record in accounting with membership as a C.G.A in Canada and an A.C.C.A in the United Kingdom. Ginna combines her accounting background with a Masters of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia. This has seen her take on the role of project engineer for clinical study trials at Pulse Tracer Technologies.

Nabil has had over 10 years of experience at Zynik Capital Corporation and has led a wide array of private and public company investments. He has worked on the acquisition, value growth, and divestiture of companies in multiple sectors, including equipment rental, retail, manufacturing, real estate and technology. Along with sitting on the Boards of a number Zynik's and other companies, Nabil also works closely with their management teams on strategy, operational improvement, acquisitions and other initiatives.
