Iqbal has extensive experience starting and growing companies throughout his career. From start-ups to growths to turnarounds to liquidations, Iqbal has done it all. Trained as a banker with First National Bank of Chicago, Iqbal purchased the Equitable Trust Company in 1983. He ran this federally chartered financial institution, as President, until 1990; and remains a significant shareholder of this $2 Billion publicly traded institution. He also was a major shareholder and managed Seel Mortgage Investment corporation; the first publicly traded Mortgage Investment Company in Canada.

Iqbal has purchased several companies that he has taken public, such as Stephenson's Rental Services i Toronto, and continues to enjoy the everyday challenges of growing and expanding promising companies.

Iqbal holds an MBA from University of Warwick, U.K., is an Alumnus of the Harvard Business School and a graduate of the Institute of Marketing, U.K. He is a member of the Young President's Organization, World President's Organizations and Chief Executives Organization. He is Senior International Advisor to the Business Advisory Group for The World Council of Religious Leaders.
